Well as some of you know, I traveled to Provo Utah with my husband to an Alison's Pantry Food Show!
We had a Wonderful time! I was a speaker at the conference! Which was interesting!!
Enough of that, I will get to the main reason of the Show....FOOD!!! We sampled LOTS OF FOOD!! We were also introduced to some new products coming to the catalog! Very exciting stuff! My favorite 3 items of the show was Pa's Candies Toffee, The Nutty Guys Apple slices and candies nuts, And the WISE Company's Savory Stroganoff meal and their freeze dried bananas, and corn! Okay so I listed more than three, BUT there was so many great choices at the show!
My husbands favorite three (to narrow it) The Brownings Honey..Plum Acai Honey, Farmland Smoked Ham (New item on showcase not offered yet), and the Daily's Big Buy Bulk Bacon.
Several of the showcased items will be listed in the Nov and Dec catalogs! VERY EXCITING stuff!
We got to listen to Chef Brad and learned great things about our food and what is healthy eating and what items "pretend" to be healthy. Very interesting stuff! I encourage everyone to look at his site..

Needless to say we had a great time! Provo is very nice scenic area! Oh and the peaches are in harvest and I am bring some home for canning! Yippee!
