PLEASE always confirm your orders with me. I have had issues with our new program and it kicking our orders. I will always send out a sales order with this new program. This confirms that I received it and put it in the system. If you don't hear back from me prior to the final ordering day...PLEASE let me know. Chances are I didn't receive it or it didn't take in the system and it didn't give me a sales order for your items. Please help follow through with your order. And I will try to double and triple check your orders.
They have reassured us that this is an issue they have fixed, please bear with us during this adjustment time. Im very sorry to those that have had to wait due to their orders being kicked out.
